The Investigating Judge number 29 of Madrid has released Juan José Ballestas without precautionary measures after being arrested yesterday for the alleged commission of a crime of robbery with violence in Hortaleza, as his lawyer has informed Europa Press. According to police sources, the events took place around 8:00 a.m. this Tuesday on a street in the Hortaleza district, where the actor met an acquaintance and, after getting into an argument, they attacked each other.

Ballesta is immersed in another judicial process for an alleged sexual assault that he committed on July 20 in the town of Parla, where he resides.

For this reason, he is free without precautionary measures after the judge refused to impose a restraining order on him regarding the alleged victim due to alleged “contradictions” in his testimony.

Within the framework of this procedure, the judge has summoned the victim’s psychiatrist for January to validate her testimony and thus be able to continue with other proceedings.
