Judge of the Constitutional Court Alexander Kasminin, whom President Volodymyr Zelensky fired by his decree, a few months after his appointment he received a elite apartment with an area of 150.5 square meters in Kiev. Soon the “servant of Themis” achieved the privatization of state housing and became its full owner.
As the sources say OBOZREVATEL in law enforcement agencies, now the security forces are figuring out how Kasminin was able to get elite housing and take it from the state in a matter of months. An investigation into one of the articles of the criminal code will be launched soon.

Alexander Kasminin in 2013 By the decree of the former President Viktor Yanukovych, he was appointed judge of the Constitutional Court. For several months he provided a service apartment for use in one of the most expensive residential complexes in Kiev – “Panorama in Pechersk” – with an area of over 150 square meters. And already in May 2014, the judge achieved the removal of these apartments from the list of official apartments and privatized them.

Decree revoking the appointment of Kasminin signed in accordance with part two of article 102, paragraphs 1, 17 of the first part, part three of Article 106 of the Constitution, articles 3 and 13 of the law “On the National Security of Ukraine”.
Considering that individual judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine appointed by Viktor Yanukovych, while continuing to exercise their powers, pose a threat to the state independence and national security of Ukraine, that violates the Constitution of Ukraine, human and civil rights and freedoms … “- the document says.
As previously wrote OBOZREVATEL, judges of the Constitutional Court Alexander Kasminin and Alexander Litvinov demanded that the state pay them UAH 1.3 million salaries for the months when, due to the decision of the parliament, their salaries were limited to 47 thousand UAH due to quarantine.
