The joy is great – BZ fulfilled 252 wishes – BZ Berlin

252 wishes fulfilled and just as many gifts delivered! And that shortly before Christmas Eve. That is the proud result of this year’s BZ wish tree campaign

During the Advent season there was a Christmas tree in the publishing house with 198 wish cards from small residents of the Elisabethstift children’s home and for 54 four-legged friends in the Berlin animal shelter.

Many colleagues showed their hearts and granted one of the wishes by getting a present and wrapping it.

Including vouchers, toys, clothing for the children and young people and food, scratching posts and a small hut for the animal shelter. The gifts were brought by the two marketing employees Aleyna Sendogan (21) and Alicia Bodenstein (22). Both stepped in as auxiliary Christmas women, brought the gifts to Elisabethstift and the animal shelter.

There the two dogs Mazey and Charlie accepted the gifts on their behalf. On top of that there was a donation of 400 euros. But of course it will only be unpacked today.

Spokeswoman Beate Kaminski: “With the donations we can make many of our animals happy, thanks for the great support.”
