The complainant’s lawyer, Muhammad Mu’alimin, said that his client, Jullian, had never met and had no relationship with the former head of the Propam Polri division, Ferdy Sambo.
“Our client has never met, doesn’t know, has no relationship and has nothing to do with Ferdy Sambo or his circle,” said Muhammad Mu’alimin detik comFriday (23/12/2022).
Mu’alimin assessed Kamaruddin’s prosecution as a heinous act. Aside from that, Kamaruddin’s attitude was seen as weakening the citizens’ fighting ability deceit.
“Which regarding Kamaruddin Simanjuntak’s statement that he referred to our client as ‘Ferdy Sambo’s men’, this is a heinous accusation that seeks to tarnish or undermine our client’s good intentions as citizens who are fighting against deceit,” he explained.
Mu’alimin stressed that his client’s reporting in the case was purely guided by appearances deceit which is considered harmful to the image of the Police.
“Our client has submitted a report purely driven by concern over the many hoaxes that have undermined the authority of the National Police as a beloved state institution,” he said.
Kamaruddin’s response was watched
Kamaruddin Simanjuntak’s lawyer has responded to the complaints against him and Uya Kuya regarding the content of “Police Servant Mafia”. Kamaruddin said he had no problem being reported to the police.
“It doesn’t matter that I am denounced day and night, I am never afraid. I am the granddaughter of the founder of this country. I am a former lawyer of Sukarno’s sons and daughters, especially Ms. Rahmawati,” Kamaruddin said when contacted earlier .
Kamaruddin claimed that what was conveyed in the content uploaded to Uya Kuya’s account was the truth. He also asked the reporter to try the items deceit which is reported.
“There is not deceit, what the deceit? Let the reporter prove it deceit. If what I say is the truth. How can a salary of 3.5 million rupees have tens of billions, hundreds of billions, even trillions of money,” she said.
“I already know (it is reported). Since July they, Ferdy Sambo’s groups, have not accepted my firm attitude and actions to expose their crimes,” he said.
“So, before they were arrested, the General General had consulted with criminal law experts in July to arrest me. But because I had gassed, they rushed to be arrested and under suspicion,” he added.
Kamaruddin stressed that what he broadcast was a form of concern for state and law enforcement officials.
“My position will never retreat an inch. I am ready, what I say is a form of my critique to improve this country to improve the government, the law enforcement apparatus, especially the police,” he said.
“So I want to totally improve how good this country is, but the mafia doesn’t like good countries. It always use the underdogs to undermine this country. The country and its people are in trouble,” he concluded.
