The Job Vacancies feature in the X Application can now be tried in Indonesia

X social media, formerly known as Twitter, officially launched a new feature called “X Job Search”, on Friday (17/11/23). Previously, this feature had been tested via the Beta version with a number of verified users since August 2023.

Currently, the job search feature X Job Search is available in the web version on desktop, including for users in Indonesia. This feature is similar to that on LinkedIn’s professional platform. Where, users can use the X Job Search feature to search for job vacancies (lockers) and apply for jobs.

However, there is no special icon or menu to access the locker feature on the web version of the x.com main page. This Job Search feature can only be accessed via a URL link

So, you can enter the job keywords you are looking for. Then, enter the name of the region/location of the desired city or country. Then, click the blue Search button next to it to see available job vacancies.

Just like LinkedIn, users can see lockers with information on the name and location of the company, job description, and benefits offered. There is also an “Apply now” menu to apply for jobs.

When you click, you will be redirected to a new tab with the URL “jobs.lever.com/(company name)” or directly to the company’s official website. On this page, you will be given the option to apply using the LinkedIn option.

You must attach a number of information such as full name, e-mail address, telephone number, current company, resume/CV attachment, expected average monthly/annual salary, social media links, portfolio links, brief work experience, language skills, and others.

If all the information is complete, then you can click “Submit application” to send a job application via Twitter. (LIA)
