The JCI fell 0.56% to 4,879 Tuesday (29/9), three shares of BUMN were sold by foreigners

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) collapsed at the end of trading today despite continuing to move in the green zone in session I. Tuesday (29/9), IHSG weakened 27.45 points or 0.56% to 4,879.10 at the end of trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Eight sectoral indices fell to close the market. Miscellaneous industrial sector fell by 2.33%. The basic industrial sector also fell 1.17%. The infrastructure sector plunged 0.96%. The manufacturing sector eroded 0.84%.

The financial sector weakened 0.55%. Construction and property sectors corrected 0.34%. The consumer goods and plantation sectors fell by 0.29% and 0.19% respectively.

Only two sectors were still strong in today’s trading. The mining sector rose 0.40%. The trade and services sector edged up 0.04%.

The total volume of transactions today reached 11.31 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp 6.91 trillion. A total of 257 shares fell in price today. There are still 164 stocks advancing and 147 stocks flat.

  • PT Mitra Keluarga Kary Saran Tbk (MIKA) -3,61%
  • PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) -3,59%
  • PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN) -2,94%

Top gainers LQ45 consists of:

  • PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) 3,10%
  • PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) 1,24%
  • PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) 0,95%

Foreign investors recorded a net sell of Rp 342 billion in all markets. The stocks with the largest foreign net sales are PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) IDR 138 billion, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) Rp 122.4 billion, and PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) IDR 75.3 billion.

The stocks with the largest foreign net purchases are PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (WHEEL) IDR 121.2 billion, PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL) IDR 33.1 billion, and PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (TKIM) IDR 22.8 billion.
