We simply pay and the machine will deliver the required goods to us, which is not exactly the usual way, and it is also difficult to say who might prefer such shopping and why anyone should go to the machine for a new processor. In the Japanese city of Nagoya, we can try our luck and win a relatively modern processor. The machine shows boxes with Ryzen 5 5000 and Ryzen 5 3000 processors behind its glass, but these packages usually have nothing to do with what we find inside.
Those interested can try their luck and buy a ticket for 1000 yen (approx. CZK 200), which they will then apply in a vending machine and then have a 1:30 chance of getting a box containing an AMD Ryzen Zen 2 processor. an older processor from the Intel Pentium, Celeron or AMD Athlon series, which they will only be able to exhibit at home.
So this is not a new way of buying processors, but rather a gamble, and on the part of sellers a way to get rid of such processors, which would otherwise be very difficult.
