Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Bike Bersama Indonesia Tbk (BIKE) has set an Initial Public Offering (IPO) price of Rp. 170 per share, or the upper limit of the previously determined range of Rp. 160 to Rp. 170 per share.
BIKE, which is the sole agent for the “United” bicycle brand and the “Genio” brand holder, will offer a maximum of 323,334,000 shares in the IPO.
The number of shares is equivalent to 25% of the issued and paid-up capital of the Company after the Initial Public Offering with a nominal value of Rp. 25 per share.
Thus, the amount of this Initial Public Offering is Rp. 54,966,780,000.
At the same time as this Public Offering, the Company also issues a maximum of 161,667,000 Series I Warrants, provided that each holder of 2 (two) shares whose names are registered in the Allotment DPS will receive 1 (one) Series I Warrant.
Series I Warrants are securities that give the holder the right to exercise every 1 (one) Series I Warrant owned into 1 (one) new share of the Company with a nominal value of Rp 25, all of which will be issued from the portfolio with an exercise price of Rp 492.
The amount of implementation of this Series I Warrant is Rp 79,540,164,000.
The company has appointed PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) as the implementing underwriter and underwriter. Meanwhile, PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia and PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia acted as underwriters.
The effective statement was obtained yesterday, March 10, 2022. The public offering period will run from March 14 to March 17 2022.
Furthermore, the date of the allotment of shares will be March 17, 2022. The listing of shares and warrants series I on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is scheduled for March 21, 2022.
Bicycles Together Indonesia is engaged in wholesale trading of bicycles under the “Genio”, “United” and “Avand” brands, as well as cooperating in the form of off-line sales with 319 dealers located in Java, Bali, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku and Papua.
Currently, the final customers for the Company are consumers or the public in Indonesia and are channeled through third party dealers to meet public demand for various types of bicycles.
