It should only be released in ten months, but the rumors surrounding the next iPhone are becoming more and more numerous as the weeks go by. Between the camera which is meant to be top of the range, and the price which should, once again, increase, the start of the year is rich in information.
This time, it’s the device’s WiFi chip that is the talk of the town. The famous analyst Ming-Chi Kuo affirms it : iPhone 15 will be compatible with WiFi 6E, which is faster and more efficient than WiFi 6. Unlike this one which has 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, WiFi 6E has a bandwidth of 6 GHz thus providing reduced latency and faster transfers.
Apple already offers WiFi 6E compatibility on some of its products, such as the new MacBook Pro and Mac mini as well as the 2022 iPad Pro. new chip will affect all iPhone 15 or only Pro models. Apple wanting to further differentiate the two ranges, it would not be impossible that this is the case…
