We can establish cat colonies, that’s what Chicago does, they have the biggest rat problem in the country and they beg cities to send them all the cats that don’t have owners. When you establish those cat colonies, the problems with rats, mice and other rodents are over. You don’t have to poison them, which creates more problems and doesn’t kill rats.
