The Intensive Cleaning Campaign arrives this Thursday to the neighborhoods of Las Quinientas and Casablanca, and their surroundings

Cuenca City Council continues its Intensive Neighborhood Cleaning Campaign, which will take place from Thursday, August 29, to Monday, September 2, in the neighborhoods of Las Quinientas and Casablanca, and their surrounding areas.

It is worth remembering that work is being carried out in specific areas of the city in parallel to the daily routine cleaning, which involves parking restrictions, so the cooperation of citizens is requested.

For this municipal Intensive Cleaning Campaign, the service has been reinforced with the hiring of 8 new workers, reaching a total of 12 personnel who carry out clearing work, manual sweeping and cleaning of urban spaces with electric machinery and hydro-cleaning vehicles so that, in addition to removing encrusted dirt, the cleaning of drains and manholes is being carried out.

Thus, this Thursday, August 29, there will be performances on the streets of Alicante, Antonio Maura, Castilla-La Mancha up to the intersection with San Lucas, Escultor Martínez Bueno, Hurtado de Mendoza, Cartagena and Dalmacio García Izcara.

On Friday the 30th, there will be performances in Diego Jimenez, Maria Luisa Vallejo, San Lucas, San Marcos, San Mateo, Santa Ana, Santa Ines, Alonso de Cespedes, Angel del Campo Cerdan, Belmonte and Casablanca.

On Saturday the 31st there will be performances in Castilla-La Mancha -from San Lucas to the Bullring-, Licenciado Baltasar Porreño, Bishop Inocencio Rodríguez Díez, Priego, San Antonio -from the level crossing to the junction with San Clemente-, San Clemente, Tarancón, Virgen del Sagrario, Albacete, Álvaro de Luna, Ávila, Barcelona, ​​Ciudad Real and Fuencaliente.

Finally, on Monday, September 2, there will be performances in the streets of Hosquillo, Jacinto Benavente, José de Villaviciosa, Martín Alhaja, San Antonio -from the intersection with San Clemente to the Fuente del Sol-, Toledo, Virgen de las Angustias, Zaragoza, Antonio Machado, Cermiñuelo, Cerro Candalar, Huesas del Vasallo, Los Palancares, Monte de Garcielligero, Pajarejo, Picuerzo, Prado Ciervo, San José Obrero, Sebastián de Covarrubias.
