- Personal advice and support for our customers – digitally or on site
- Practice in the insurance department of a Volks- und Raiffeisenbank
- Theory at a dual university in Baden-Württemberg or BA Dresden or HWR Berlin

- Good (technical) university entrance qualification
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Careful and structured way of working
- Openness to digital tools
- Friendly appearance
- Driving license at the beginning of the training
