It was to be the culmination of a project lasting several months, but blah: this Wednesday morning in Thionville, the installation of the pedestrian bridge over the Moselle has just been postponed due to a technical problem.
For three hours now, all the companies involved in the operation to transfer the work have been chaining crisis meeting to crisis meeting. Already Tuesday evening, the lifting maneuver was stopped. The gangway, which should have been placed on a barge intended to transport it to its final location, is still docked, along the river.

With the naked eye, there is a kind of blistering in the structure. Obviously, much more than a grain of sand since the whole operation is at a standstill.
