The insolvent “KVV Liepājas metalurgs” made a profit of 554,872 euros last year, as opposed to the losses of the previous year, according to “Firmas.lv” information.
In the company’s annual report, the insolvency process administrator Argita Jaunsleine points out that last year only rental services and laboratory services were provided. The company’s costs are covered from the funds obtained by managing the property of the secured creditors and from the funds granted by the secured creditors.
The administrator indicates in the management report that in 2021, in accordance with the property sale plan, the company’s assets will be disposed of, the insolvency process will be completed and “KVV Liepājas metalurgs” will be liquidated.
In 2019, the insolvent KVV Liepājas metalurgs suffered a loss of 1,791,684 euros.
“KVV Liepājas metalurgs” was declared insolvent in September 2016.
The company “KVV Liepājas metalurgs” was registered in September 2014, and its share capital is 20.5 million euros. In October 2014, the Ukrainian holding company KVV Group signed a purchase agreement with the State of Latvia for the acquisition of the insolvent company Liepājas metalurgs.
