The insolvency process for the company has been terminated, as the plan for covering creditors’ claims has been fulfilled.
The insolvency process of “Rosinter Restaurants”, which started on September 30, 2021, ended on Wednesday, February 1.
In 2020, the company worked with a turnover of 1.387 million euros, which was 2.2 times less than the year before, while its losses increased by 68.3% – up to 262,599 euros. The financial report for 2021 is not available.
“Rosinter Restaurants” was registered in 2004, and its share capital is 180,000 euros. The sole owner of the company is “RRH-Central Europe Ltd”, registered in the capital of Cyprus, which currently has no other companies registered in Latvia.
The only active structural unit of the company is the warehouse registered in Salaspils region. In 2021, “Rosinter Restaurants” closed a total of five structural units, including “TGI Friday’s” restaurant in Old Riga.
Currently, the company has a security applied by the Tax Debt Collection Office of the State Revenue Service (SRS), which provides for a ban on the registration, re-registration, renewal and amendment of a commercial pledge. The ban was registered on February 26, 2020.
Since 2018, the SRS Tax Debt Collection Office “Rosinter Restaurants” has applied several such safeguards.
According to the information published by the SRS, on February 1 of this year “Rosinter Restaurants” had a tax debt of 666,634 euros. At the same time, the SRS states that it is not possible to provide accurate information on the state of tax payment, as the taxpayer has not submitted all the declarations that may affect it.
