The richest official in the Russian government in 2019 was the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov. Over the year, his profit grew by 32 percent. Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko took the second place in terms of income: his income for 2019 amounted to 432.3 million rubles.

Among the wealthiest ministers at the end of 2019 were Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Trutnev (180 million rubles), the head of the Ministry of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev (157 million rubles) and the head of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Maksut Shadayev (90.7 million rubles).
