Cantabria has registered this Sunday a slight increase in the incidence of Covid-19 cases, which has entered into average risk at 7 days, where it is also located for those over 65 years of age, although hospitalized and new infections have decreased, with 16 detected, 22 less than the day before, in which 36 were registered.
In addition, according to data from the Ministry of Health corresponding to November 7, there is one less hospitalized than on Saturday, the 13th, of the three two are still in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
In this way, the occupancy of Covid beds in hospitals has fallen one tenth and stands at 0.8%, and in the ICU it remains at 2.1%.
Most of those admitted are at the Marqués de Valdecilla University Hospital, eight, including the three for Intensive Care; In addition, there are four others at the Laredo Hospital and one at the Sierrallana Hospital.
On the other hand, in this new day with the region at a ‘controlled risk’ level, the accumulated incidence has increased to both 14 and 7 days, increasing the first from 43 to 44 cases one hundred thousand inhabitants, with which it remains in low level, and the second from 23 to 25 cases, so it has risen to medium risk.
Also at medium risk is the incidence for those over 65 years of age, both at 14 days, with 51 cases, and at 7, with 35.
Along the same lines, the positivity of the tests this Sunday was 2.7%, three tenths more than the previous day.
In the last week, 147 cases of Covid have been detected in the autonomous community, which rises to 255 if the previous one is also taken into account.
The number of deaths from Covid in Cantabria since the start of the pandemic remains at 617.
