The Ministry of Public Health reminds the community that vaccines are available in health centers, hospitals and public vaccination centers, the application of which is mandatory and free for people included in the different target groups of the National Vaccination Calendar.

The head of the Immunization program, Adriana Juréhighlighted the importance of vaccines in the prevention of diseases, sequelae and death.
He also recalled that to request vaccines it is not necessary to have a medical order. “They only have to bring the vaccination card and the health personnel will inform them which vaccine is missing to complete the scheme and will advise them,” said the official.
