Therefore, vitamin complexes should be taken all year round. Often, fruits and vegetables bought at the market were grown in depleted soil, so they are of little use. It is also worth considering that water-soluble vitamins are eliminated from the body after some time, unlike fat-soluble vitamins – D, E, A.
At the same time, many have a permanent deficiency of vitamin D, even in summer, and it is needed in all metabolic processes.
