Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Lebanese doctor, Sondos Al-Hariri, revealed the importance of spirulina, which is used for weight loss.

And she said during a video clip: “A spoonful of spirulina is approximately 7 grams, contains 4 grams of high-quality protein that contains essential and non-essential amino acids, and also contains high levels of iron, and one tablespoon contains 11% of an individual’s daily needs, and it is suitable for people those suffering from anemia.

And she continued: “One tablespoon also contains 95 milligrams of potassium and 14 milligrams of magnesium, which is an almost daily source of energy, as it is important for people who suffer from lethargy and constant fatigue.”

“High antioxidants are important for a healthy immune system, heart, and overall body health,” she concluded.
