“Social Responsibility” aims to educate the community with its various members and age groups of the importance of the individual having a positive and effective role in serving others and the community free of charge in order to advance it, and the development of a sense of responsibility among individuals in society is a matter that contributes to supporting community cohesion, which has a major impact on achieving Prosperity and social stability, as well as consolidating the concept of humanity, giving and volunteering, and instilling this thought in the hearts of school students has become a must in order for this culture to be entrenched in their souls and grow with them from childhood.
A number of specialists unanimously agreed on the importance of spreading this concept and instilling it in the hearts of generations from an early age, so that social responsibility becomes an essential pillar in the social fabric and human relations.

Dr. Brigadier General Muhammad Khamis Al-Othmani, Director of the Sharjah Police Academy, said: “Social responsibility contributes greatly to the development of the human sense and the culture of giving free of charge in society, and spreading this thought and knowledge among the student community in particular works to encourage students to enter the field of volunteering and take responsibility by providing Humanitarian services towards all segments of society, considering it a humanitarian and patriotic duty, and an individual’s duty to provide it to the community to which he belongs.
He added: The launch of initiatives and prizes that motivate students to volunteer is an important matter for institutions and entities to cooperate in carrying out this, especially since its goal is humanitarian and noble, and it encourages students in schools to get used to the idea of ​​participation, giving and volunteering, so that social responsibility becomes an integral part of Students thought, culture and principles. Thus, we have created a generation that is conscious and aware of the importance of the concept of assuming the responsibilities that lie upon it, stressing that community institutions consider their role integral to the development and dissemination of a culture of social responsibility, and urging community members to adopt the responsibility of volunteering, giving, and initiative without waiting for material or moral return.

In turn, Mohammed Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, Student Crescent Officer at the Emirates Red Crescent office in Sharjah, pointed out the importance of the role of institutions in launching initiatives that contribute to spreading the culture of social responsibility and volunteer culture at the level of school students, as it is considered an important stage in instilling this human thought, and encouraging Students to enter this field, which enhances the value of community cohesion, and shows the importance of the individual having an active and positive role free of charge, and that working for humanitarian and noble goals is something that must be provided by members of society of all age groups.

For her part, Adhari Hassan, a kindergarten teacher, said: “Developing a sense of social responsibility in the hearts of students in the Riyadh stage is important and necessary, as this thought contributes greatly to building the child’s personality and helps to refine and develop his skills, and we are building it on A foundation of correct values, habits, and principles. Reinforcing such habits raises the child’s sense of responsibility, strengthens his personality, and makes him aware and appreciative of the blessings around him. It also builds a sense of social responsibility in him and instills in him the spirit of leadership. She added: Institutions supporting the idea of ​​social responsibility by establishing and launching motivational initiatives in the field of social responsibility and volunteering enriches this aspect, and supports the dissemination of this idea and culture among school students of all stages, so that we have an aware and responsible generation.

On the other hand, Shamma Khalfan Al-Kindi, a student in the twelfth grade, emphasized the importance of feeling social responsibility, which she considers a main pillar of our Emirati and Islamic culture. Appreciates the conditions of others in terms of material, health, or morale. Therefore, encouraging students to feel the importance of a cohesive society is necessary and important.

In turn, student Abdul Rahman Manea, from the ninth grade, expressed that the students’ participation in the various initiatives that bear the slogan of social responsibility educates students about the importance of contributing to the field of humanitarian volunteering, and that they bear and understand the concept of social responsibility in a more detailed way.
He added: When the student participates in collecting donations and visiting needy families, he feels their suffering and the extent of their need, which generates in him a sense of the importance of an interdependent and responsible society for each other, and therefore his personality changes and his view of the things around him also changes, as his personality matures and becomes polished and conscious. in a larger way.
