Serving as Chair of the Study Program Student Association (HMPS) is an honor and a big responsibility. It is not only about leading, but also understanding and applying the principles of effective leadership to achieve common goals. During a period of management, it is important for an HMPS Chair to have a clear vision, coordinate the work program well, and collaborate closely with members of HMPS, SEMA FTIK, DEMA FTIK, DEKANAT FTIK, and other student organizations.
The importance of a deep understanding of leadership can guide the Chair of HMPS in building a strong foundation for management. Leadership involves the ability to motivate members, identify team strengths and weaknesses, and formulate effective strategies to achieve common goals. An HMPS Chair must be able to explore members’ potential, understand their aspirations, and provide appropriate direction to improve their skills and enthusiasm.
During a period of management, a well-planned work program is the key to success. An HMPS Chair must be able to design and implement work programs that are relevant to the needs of Study Program students, while ensuring that the program can provide maximum benefits for all members.
An effective work program must include academic, social and self-development aspects. Apart from that, good cooperation with various parties such as SEMA FTIK, DEMA FTIK, DEKANAT FTIK, and other student organizations is essential. Collaborating with related parties will expand the reach of work programs and strengthen networks that can support the vision and mission of HMPS. Good cooperation also allows for synergy in achieving common goals to advance the quality of education and student welfare.
In closing, understanding and implementing effective leadership as Chair of HMPS is the key to success during a period of management. This includes having a clear vision, managing work programs well, and establishing solid cooperation with all relevant parties. Through wise and comprehensive leadership, an HMPS Chair can bring positive change and make a meaningful contribution to the progress and welfare of Study Program students as well as the entire academic community on the FTIK campus.
