“The state must defend its interests, its rightness within itself, before its citizens. They need to be convinced that something the state is doing is right. And we need to defend our interests before other countries, ”Peskov said at the Territory of Meanings forum. His words are quoted by the New Media Workshop.
Peskov also compared defending the interests of the state with communicating with relatives. “Either you convince your brother or sister, or you convince another country. It’s the same,” the Kremlin spokesman concluded.
Also Peskov announced the exit of Russia from the crisis. In the future, he saw prospects for the rapid development of the country.
