The young child, according to Dr. Dalia’s explanation, his body needs all kinds and forms of food and drink, and he is in a state of craving for nutrients and vitamins, so that he can grow and develop well, so no element in the food pyramid can be overlooked, as he needs vitamins, elements, minerals, fats and carbohydrates Balanced proportions without extravagance.
The clinical nutritionist advises the need to properly deal with the child who is significantly overweight, without depriving him of the elements that his body requires, so we have to reduce the proportions of starches, fats and fried foods, and his intake of sweets and sweetened juices becomes very rare, and it is not possible to deprive him of fat, but we reduce very much from it.
