Al-Marsad newspaper: Chef Azzam Al-Suwayyan revealed the importance of the hotel and restaurant sector in the Kingdom.
Speaking to Al-Ikhbariya, Al-Suwayyan said: “The restaurant and hospitality sector is considered one of the most important sectors and has a promising future in the Kingdom because it is a tourism trend.”
He added: “Saudi chef salaries in this sector have reached very high amounts, more than 60 and 70 thousand per month.”
