Shipping companies calling at Milford or other UK ports are required to archive all forms and invoices. If the application is approved, 75% of the expenses or additional costs incurred flow back from the BAR or from the EU. Finally, there is a project proposal that addresses the loss of fishing opportunities in UK waters since Brexit. Since then, a complex negotiation structure has emerged in which the “Redercentrale” also provides advice and tries to achieve compensation.
