In the first two weeks of the counter-offensive launched from Kiev, up to 20% of Ukraine’s weapons were damaged or destroyed. American and European officials report this to the New York Times. The losses also include equipment sent from the West, such as tanks and armored vehicles. Now the losses have decreased to about 10% also thanks to the fact that Ukraine has changed tactics, focusing more on artillery and long-range missiles. Meanwhile, the British Ministry of Defense certifies that already 18,000 soldiers of the Kiev infantry have followed the basic training program for the Ukrainian army in the United Kingdom. As proof, the British Ministry of Defense also posted a video with training scenes on Twitter. “We teach Ukrainians to survive and destroy the enemy in the fight against the illegal invasion of their native country.”
