Books – Mohamed Salah:

Eng. Tariq Abdel Shafi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Buhaira Electricity Distribution Company, said: The North Coast and El Alamein regions are considered among the areas least affected by load mitigation because most of the tourist villages and the surrounding places depend on electric feeds by a distribution company special to the tourist villages and neighboring areas whose mission is to provide and distribute electric power through the use of generators and special generating machines owned by it that are not affiliated with the company.

Abdel Shafi explained to Masrawy that the parties that are held inside El Alamein or the northern coast are secured through private distribution companies that are not affiliated with the electricity and renewable energy sector and hold a license from the Electricity Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Authority, noting that Marassi is owned by the Emaar Group of Emirati businessman Mohamed Alabbar and has a private feeding network far from the Buhaira Electricity Distribution Company.

And he confirmed that the singer Tamer Hosni’s party, Marassi secures and provides electrical supply to it with its knowledge through diesel and emergency machines belonging to it and owned by it through coordination with the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company represented in the Alexandria and West Delta regions for electricity transmission in order to ensure that the security and regularity of electrical supply is maintained and that there is no rise or decrease in electrical efforts.
