“The Immortal Misfortune” is a play written by Teofilo Guerrero which has as its protagonists two pillars of Latin American literature: Jorge Luis Borges y Juan Rulfo. It is a shared production between the companies Scenic Threshold y Rabbit’s Foot Collective.
It uses multimedia scenery to take the viewer into the world of letters in a meeting between authors who use their memories to build the cities of their childhood.

This staging is based on a meeting that the authors had in 1973 during a visit by Borges to Guadalajara. The public will witness a walk between the two Juárez Avenue and Florida Street in Buenos Airesimmersed in a deep conversation.
The performances will be on Friday, March 15 and 22 at 7:00 p.m. at the Alarife Martín Casillas Theater. The play is aimed at a young and adult audience and tickets have a cost of 200 pesos at the box office and 150 in pre-sale through the website: voyalteatro.com
