the images in Piazza Cavour

After a year of waiting, one of the greatest Italian performers finally took the stage set up in Piazza Cavour for the traditional Ferragosto concert. With ‘The steam trains’, a wonderful piece written by Ivano Fossati, Fiorella Mannoia presented herself to the Foggia public in Piazza Cavour.

An evening of great music, during which the Roman singer performed her greatest hits, from ‘Caffè nero bollente’ to ‘Sally’ (written by Vasco Rossi). There was no shortage of tributes to Franco Battiato, with a special voice and piano version of ‘La cura’ and to Gino Strada, remembered through the display of a poster given to her by a girl and with an appeal to support ‘Emergency’.
