The theater of the islets, Center Dramatique National (CDN), is organizing around ten varied performances, presented in the public space, in Montluçon (Allier), Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 June 2021.
A brass band at Place Piquand, Saturday at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Performances which will involve the composer Camille Rocailleux, the GEIQ THÉÂTRE Compagnonnage, the authors, actresses and director Elsa Granat and Carole Thibaut or the dancer and choreographer Philippe Ménard, to name a few.
The festivities begin on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., where joyous surprises await you at the market in old Montluçon and on the terraces of the city center. The LALYRE fanfare. com will set the Place Piquand on fire at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Theater, dance, music, song and slam
Several creations mixing music, dance, song, theater and slam are offered to you, throughout the day:
– In the Wilson garden, at 3:30 p.m. & 5:30 p.m. (Carole Thibaut will try her hand at slam in particular).
– Place Notre-Dame, at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. (with talks by Elsa Granat).
– On the esplanade of the Château des Ducs de Bourbon, at 4.30 p.m. & 6.30 p.m. with, among others, the presence of the Choir des Îlets and Camille Rocailleux.
Artistic walks on Sunday at Parc des Îlets
Sunday at Parc des Îlets The CDN will meet you on Sunday at Parc des Îlets with, at 11 am, Totem, solo danced by choreographer Philippe Ménard. Picnic break at noon. Then, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., artistic walks will once again show the performances presented the day before in town (departure every hour).
What if it rains? “We will have to cancel on Saturday. But on Sunday we will be able to repatriate to the theater, with a reduced capacity (around 90 seats), ”informs Coline Loué, communication manager of the CDN.
