The altercation lasts several seconds during which blows are exchanged. Lhe entrance to the building is guarded by several people, including one equipped with handcuffs on his belt and LBD on his hand, to prevent people from entering. The person filming the scene repeatedly asks the police in front of the building for explanations, repeating: “What is that ?.”
