Registration for nursing assistant training is open at the South-Gironde Caregiver Training Institute (IFAS) at the Sud-Gironde hospital center in La Reole (Gironde), until June 19, 2023.
This training takes place over a period of 12 months, at the end of which the employment rate is close to 92%. The selection mode is now done by dossier et interviews.
Approved for 61 places per year (and 10 apprentices), IFAS is open to all from 17 years oldwith no age limit or level required.
Doors open on Saturday March 11
The pedagogical team organizes a day open doors and will welcome candidates wishing to join the training on Saturday March 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Success rate promotion 2021-2022: 92% (August 2022 session).
Success rate promotion 2020-2021: 92% (July 2021 session).
Hiring rate promotion 2020-2021: 98%.
During this day, the trainers will present the training program according to the courses (at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m.) and some nursing assistant students from the current class will offer practical workshops.
