THE LATEST TESTS – After having released the first images of the new one Hyundai Tucson (who to find out more), the Korean company has announced that it is completing tests and quality controls. The tests carried out in recent months were carried out in Europe, both on the road and in the circuits, and were aimed at putting the SUV to the test in environments and terrains of different nature (from the intense cold of Sweden, to the tests of towing capacity. in the Austrian Alps, up to high temperatures in southern Spain), as well as verifying its dynamic qualities.

In tests carried out on steep hills with gradients between 30% and 45%, the electronic parking brake and the Downhill Brake Control (limits the speed downhill without the driver having to intervene on the pedal) were put under pressure.
WATER SEAL – The new Hyundai Tucson, which will be produced in the factory in the Czech Republic, has also been tested in water, so as to allow a check on the correct sealing of some components such as the underbody cover and the mudguards, as well as testing their ability to cover deep fords from 20 to 30 cm. But Hyundai, in addition to taking care of the off-road qualities of the new Tucson, has also paid particular attention to the quality of ride comfort to minimize the NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) values.
