MINOR CHANGES – Some aesthetic tweaks and new features for the little one Hyundai i10. Presented in its third generation at the Frankfurt Motor Show in autumn 2019, the restyling mid-career therefore comes after about three and a half years of career. Not only the standard i10 models but also the sportier N Line variant benefit from the updates.
NEW COLORS – The dimensions remain unchanged, but are being introduced two new colors for the exterior: the light gray Lumen Gray and the blue-violet Meta Blue (in the pictures). A total of nine colors are now available, which can also be combined with the contrasting black roof. New 15-inch alloy wheels are added to the usual retouches to the headlights and front grille. On the i10 N Line note details inspired by the world of motorsports such as some red touches and the new 16-inch alloy wheels.
STAY UPDATED – Even the changes inside the passenger compartment are characterized by continuity and not by revolution. If the tartan fabric of the seats with vertical purple lines is a novelty for the Hyundai i10on the dashboard we find a 4.2-inch instrument panel which joins the larger 8-inch central display which houses the multimedia systemwirelessly compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and upgradable over the air.
THERE’S NO LACK OF ADAS – The Hyundai i10 restyled is equipped with a series of systems driving assistance such as the forward collision warning, which now also recognizes cyclists, and the lane assistant, which keeps the car in the center of the lane.
“SMOOTH” OR TURBO – Production will begin in April in Izmit, Turkey, with the first examples expected to hit our roads from July 2023 onwards. Hyundai has not announced any changes from the point of view of the engines, which should therefore remain the same 3-cylinder of the current range: the1.0 MPi aspirated from 67 CV and its relative LPG version (which reaches 65 HP) and the turbo 1.0 T-GDI and 100 CV of the N Line version.
