It is nothing new that influencers sometimes push the boundaries for a perfect Instagram picture. Unfortunately, this time it had a fatal outcome. Sofia Cheung, 32, a Hong Kong influencer, has died after taking a photo at the edge of a waterfall.

Cheung had gone to Ha Pak Lai Natural Park with friends last Saturday. The woman wanted a photo at the edge of a waterfall, but slipped and fell at least five meters down. The emergency services were quickly on site, but could do nothing more for the influencer.
Dangerous Antics
The woman, with 36,800 followers on Instagram, more often performed dangerous antics. Her account is full of adventurous photos of Cheung hanging from rocks, climbing mountains and standing on cliff edges. Ironically, her life motto was “Life should be fun not dumb”.
