“The hunt for love” starts, with Gunnhild Dahlberg (47) in the lead as Kirsten’s poisoned knife with a new season this fall.
In the program, a group of hopeful farmers and suitors will see if they find happiness with each other.
These are named for the newcomer of the year
While for many it may likely feel like they’re in deep water when you take a TV crew on a date, there is still one of this year’s farmers who is not entirely a stranger to the pursuit of love on the screens.
“The Love Hunt” is also nominated as “Entertainment Program of the Year” at this fall’s Reality Awards.

Tormod Bakke Johnsen (61) was one of the participants who could be seen in “Jan Thomas Seeks the Prince of Dreams”. Although the romantic feelings between the horse breeder and the famous stylist were long overdue, Johnsen is in a good mood when he now seeks happiness on TV for the second time.
– I’m really looking forward to it
– I bring that experience with me to the program. I know what it’s like to be a suitor and during this process I thought a lot about Jan Thomas. I got a little idea of how he must have felt along the way, because it’s awfully hard to disappoint someone who has a genuine desire to get to know you better.

– I took a few rides with myself
Johnsen explains that it was important for him to bring his experiences into the program.
He also acknowledges that it is a highly emotional process from start to finish, which has led him to try to show consideration and discretion to suitors who show up on his farm.
– They like to go a bit out of their comfort zone by signing up and having to send someone home after taking that step was a chore I didn’t take lightly.
Was asked for the second time
Johnsen can also reveal to Se og Hør that this was the second time he was asked to take part in the popular program, but only this year did he feel ready to participate.
– The first request came quite soon after I took part in “Jan Thomas is looking for the prince of dreams”, so it was a bit too short for me to stay from one to the other. When the request to participate returned, I actually took a few laps with myself before choosing to participate, but this time I am very happy to have accepted.
“Oh hell” this year: here are the candidates!
Don’t be afraid to have a camera in tow
The horse breeder adds that he had no problem having a camera close to his body when looking for love, and tells Se og Hør that he is not very concerned about how he is portrayed in the show.
– I think it’s easy to get to know me, but then I still haven’t come to terms with the people sitting at home watching this. It’s a little different when I think about it, says the TV profile with a laugh.
–
What’s new this year is that all farmers are involved from start to finish, but these aren’t the only changes that have been made in this year’s season.
– Even suitors have their day! I can not wait to. I am open to anything and I hope the suitors lead me to something that shows me who I am. I’m not afraid of anything, I can’t wait and I really hope that people can wait for it with me.
– He’s absolutely sick
Johnsen also doesn’t hide that there is a lot of emotionally charged and painful that will appear on screen in the season, but he encourages that the hard stuff should be shown in its entirety.
– It is much better to be open, especially when it comes to difficult feelings. If you lock him up for too long, I think things can go wrong, says the horse breeder.
The Reality Awards are organized by Se og Hør, which is owned by Aller Media.
