The Human Horizons HiPhi X is a car you may not have heard of. This is a Chinese electric SUV that got a lot of interesting back doors.

Their complexity, or rather the complex way of working, will surpass even the Tesla Model X with electrically operated “falcon doors”.
The recently introduced HiPhi X electric car combines two solutions. The door first opens against the direction of travel, so it is a well-known suicide door, typical of Rolls Royce cars, for example.
In addition, the roof panels, resembling smaller wings, tilt upwards. All doors are frameless and electrically operated.
We have no idea if the solution used has any greater practical benefit, but it is definitely effective.

The interior with six separate and adjustable seats in three rows should also look impressive. Unfortunately, photos of the production version of the cabin are not yet available, but the concept promised several screens and touchpads for passengers to control some on-board functions. You can see them in the photos.
The production version otherwise got classic rear-view mirrors, older studies had cameras instead.
We do not yet know the complete technical data. However, the electric crossover is to be available in several versions, with rear and all-wheel drive. The most powerful variant is to accelerate from standstill to a hundred in 3.9 seconds. And the version with a 96kWh battery again promises a range of about 610 km.
The car will go on sale in the Chinese market in the first half of next year.
