Here’s one good news for fans of the HPI series on TF1: a season 2 will see the light of day! Shooting from mid-October, this new season will be the occasion to see the continuation of the adventures of Morgane and Karadec. The film crews will invest again Hauts-de-France and in particular Lille, city where is the police station in which our two heroes evolve.
An unequivocal success
The order for this second season is not surprising. Since the launch of the series, in partnership with France Bleu, the audiences are more than excellent. During the broadcast of episodes 3 and 4, the series offered TF1 an audience share as we see more: 48% of women purchasing managers, the famous “housewife under 50”, followed the program, leaving the competition far behind.
HPI, High intellectual potential
HPI tells you about Morgane’s daily life. She has 38 years old, 3 children, 2 ex, 5 credits, 160 of IQ and a good dose of insubordination. Described as “anarchist limit“by her interpreter, Morgane will be offered a position as police consultant. Problem: Morgane hates the cops… At the heart of the series Morgane’s “HPI”, understand her high intellectual potential, little represented in French or foreign productions.
