In the summer, the Riga apartment market woke up from hibernation – the number of transactions and the price of real estate increased, analysts of the market data analysis tool “cenubanka.lv” concluded, pointing out some remarkable features market

The second – a small increase in the price of one square meter in the third quarter of this year is also shown by the market of terraced houses, although the average price indicated in the advertisements is falling, which could be explained by the fact that the ads are “collecting” apartments for repair, while apartments ready to live in are being successfully sold, according to analysts.

There has also been an increase in prices, moreover, in all essential types of housing, including apartments in new buildings, both in the primary and secondary market -school, in neighborhoods outside the center of Riga. As market researchers emphasize, a very large growth – with 2.7% – is also visible in linear apartment prices over a longer period.
