The Music of Red Dead Redemption 2: The Housebuilding EP will be released as a special release on February 12th and includes the fan-favorite track “The Housebuilding Song”, which accompanies the striking scene in Red Dead Redemption 2.

“The Housebuilding EP contains five previously unreleased songs from Red Dead Redemption 2. These include the fan-popular track“ The Housebuilding Song ”or“ A Quiet Time (Saloon Theme) ”from Arthur’s and Lenny’s boisterous nightly excursion to Valentine and three others . “
The Housebuilding EP was recorded in Nashville and features tracks from folk legend David Ferguson – the right-hand man of Johnny Cash and best known for producing the hit albums of Sturgill Simpson – and Matt Sweeny, whose work as guitarist on albums by Johnny Cash, Adele, Run The Jewels and Iggy Pop can be heard. “
The Housebuilding EP also includes four additional previously unreleased songs from Red Dead Redemption 2 by David Ferguson and Matt Sweeney. David Ferguson comes from Nashville and grew up as the right hand man of Johnny Cash and “Cowboy” Jack Clement. He gained notoriety through his work as a producer of the hit albums “A Sailor’s Guide to Earth” and “The Butcher Shoppe Sessions” by Sturgill Simpson. Matt Sweeny from New York City is a guitarist, composer, and producer. His work has appeared on albums by Johnny Cash, Adele, Run The Jewels and Iggy Pop, as well as in his acclaimed collaborations with Bonnie Prince Billy and Chavez.
