Ali said the land in Wanda’s house legally belongs to Pancasila Youth (PP) General President Japto Soerjosoemarno. According to him, Japto is listed as the owner of a Construction Rights Certificate (HGB) recognized by the National Land Agency (BPN).
“We at NasDem have been trying to find out exactly what the basis for Wanda’s claim is. What we understand is that the location of the house Wanda is arguing about legally belongs to Japto, the owner of a legal certificate recognized by the BPN. Ali stressed that NasDem would not blindly defend itself against cadres who do not have a clear legal basis. On the other hand, he also confirmed this problem in Japto.
“I tried to check Wanda’s confession. I confirmed in Japto, this is not final, it has gone through a very long phase,” he said.
“Japto, the owner of the HGB certificate at that location, filed the subpoena and was unable to respond, so Japto requested legal protection from the Central Jakarta city government,” Ali added.
Ali said the Central Jakarta city government also brought the two sides together. During the meeting, Japto’s party showed their rights, while Wanda showed nothing.
On this basis, he claimed that NasDem had no reason to defend or support Wanda. According to him, Japto is the rightful owner of the house.
“Wanda has no rights there because she can’t show proof of ownership. It’s not that she doesn’t defend herself, we don’t want to get involved in an issue that has no basis. If she moves to another party, it’s her right,” he said. .
Earlier, Wanda admitted she was disappointed with NasDem and DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan regarding the eviction of her family’s home in central Jakarta some time ago. She was disappointed that there was no support from NasDem when her home was cleared.
“But yeah, that’s pretty much what’s implied,” Wanda said after being officially unveiled as a Golkar painting on Thursday (20/10).

For information, Wanda uploaded a dispute over ownership of her family’s home via Instagram on Thursday (23/10) last week.
He took the time to show the area of his house that had been installed with a white sign with land belonging to Japto Soerjosoemarno written on it along with the number of land use rights (HGB).
However, the execution of the evacuation of his home was postponed until a court decision. Wanda admitted that there was an agreement between her party and the applicant that the state of the house is currently in the “status quo” position.
