(PLO)- The project is a model of a narrow, long and deep tube house using an effective solution to bring an airy and light-filled living space.
D.BT apartment built many floors on a relatively small land area of 4×22 m in District 1, HCMC. The architect changed the facade block array to create visual effects, helping the house not look too high compared to reality.
This is a model of a five-storey tube house with 9 bedrooms, balcony and terrace. From the front of the house, you can see the ventilation tiles and beautiful wooden arches.
Architect Pham Thi My An (MM++ Architects) has carefully calculated to optimize space, turning each room into an independent, comfortable, comfortable apartment to serve business needs.
The ground floor is a common living space. Living area with a set of tables and chairs and a sophisticated and innovative lighting system. This area is designed according to the atrium to help create a more airy and spacious feeling. In addition, the sunlight from the glass doors also helps this area to be brighter.
Beneath the foot of the stairs leading to the mezzanine floor, the architects also designed planting locations to help increase the green space. Next to the stairs will be a small toilet along with the elevator system leading to the floors.
Walk along the stairs to reach the mezzanine floor. A part of the front of the mezzanine is connected to the ground floor, the rest is a common area, arranged with a set of tables and chairs and a decorative cabinet.
The rear part is a separate serviced apartment. Similar to other apartments, the apartment on the mezzanine floor has the main color of blue. Inside this apartment is fully equipped with kitchen, bed, sofa, TV, refrigerator, toilet… like a “miniature” apartment.
The first and second floors have two apartments each, one in the front, one in the back.
These apartments also have the same structure, design and color scheme as the mezzanine apartment. However, apartments on the first and second floors will have a small balcony located in front or behind the house.
The front balcony is limited by large brick arrays, both helping to ventilate the apartments and creating a highlight for the whole house when viewed from the facade.
The design of the apartments on the third floor will have a few differences compared to the apartments on the first and second floors. The architects also combined planting more trees to create visual effects.
The difference of this floor is that the toilet area is located in the balcony outside the apartment. The area of this apartment will be smaller than other apartments, in return the balcony is wider and more airy.
The fourth floor also includes two apartments located on either side of the stairs. The front apartment has a similar design to the front apartment on the first and second floors.
The terrace has a storage room, laundry room and a dining area. The dining area will be located in front of the stairs. The architects have arranged tables and chairs and utensils for cooking in this area.
