Lunch: at Caviar Kaspia at Hotel Mark
With the elegance and grace of a French house, The Mark is undoubtedly the most popular hotel in the New York fashion scene. Met Gala guests’ favorite landmark, Drake’s favorite album going through the city (the hotel bar now has a cocktail in his name), the first hotel to receive the honor Jacques Grange as an interior designer (that’s nothing!) a place to be on the Upper East Side. If his restaurant with the superstar chef Jean George has been full for 15 years, Caviar Kaspia has just moved to offer a more French menu in an ultra sexy setting, also designed by Jacques Grande, the hotel decorator. On the menu? Simple things enhanced with a little caviar (a lot, passionately…), including a pizette ideal for an aperitif or the chef’s new flavors, a small baked potato, just crunchy with a black golden nut on it .
992 Madison Ave. Reservation.
A more intimate bar area allows you to enjoy a little caviar before starting your day.
Relax: at the Aman New York spa
Urban features in the Aman collection are rare. Right on 5th Avenue, a two-hundred-year-old artery where the most prestigious brands are located, the Singaporean company has a New York hotel. If there is luxury in living, it is a privilege to enter its spa. With its art-like swimming pool and cloistered spaces, it’s a good idea to treat yourself to a massage (Aman New York’s signature ritual is a must) before you go. on board the plane.

Dinner: at Beefbar New York
He conquered the planet – he had to settle in New York! With the same architects at the helm of the decoration as in Milan, in particular, the Beefbar has gone to the Chelsea area, where the customers want and elegant, to celebrate the art of meat. If, therefore, we find on the menu the different cuts and breeds of beef that have been successfully made from Monaco to Dubai, those in a less carnivorous mood will be delighted to go to the tacos of the crabs and other bites of crispy rice with spicy tuna to wash it down with a Margarita shaken according to the rules of the art.
105 Hudson St. Reservation.

Piano bar at So & So’s
So&So is Hell’s Kitchen’s stylish asset, with its retro look and mysterious touch. Designed by the Goodrich firm, this hidden space pays homage to the potential of the 1960s, a time when Morris Lapidus designed his original lines. Hidden in the Romer Hell’s Kitchen hotel, set back from 52 Street, this piano-bar supper club with its deceptively carefree chic can be found through an almost invisible door, like a well-kept secret. The spirit of Lapidus patiently approaches itself, decorating the space with a gentle nostalgia and bold elegance, perfect for a timeless evening.

Have a night: at the Experimental Cocktail Club New York
This is another brand that is extending its global success to the Big Apple. Born with cocktails, the Experimental Group has successfully diversified its experience in the hotel and restaurant industry. In New York, it’s like a talkeasy that the new “ECC” has happened on the lower level of the equally new restaurant and wine bar, La Compagnie Flatiron. Both decorated by the group’s favorite interior designer, Dorothée Meilichzon, we recommend a meal upstairsand then a reception downstairs – although the Experimental Cocktail Club also offers a fraction of chef Eric Bolyard’s menu to entertain you nocturnal hunger.
6 W 24th St. Reservation.

Sleep: at Nine Orchard
This is perhaps the most hidden space shared by the jet set. At breakfast, you can meet a fashion editor, the favorite actor of Wes Anderson or a TV presenter who lives in the neighborhood. In the walls of an old bank, the Nine Orchard and its Art Deco decoration has established itself as a real sight in Downtown, to sleep, eat or have a drink on its large terrace with trees (rare in New York!). Like a boutique hotel, each room has its own decor, its own charm. We like to hang out at the amazing cafe table or on the second floor where there is a common room with fireplaces.
9 Orchard St. Reservation.
