For a month, the health situation has improved markedly at the Nord Franche-Comté hospital. After a very painful period in November and December, the Trévenans establishment continues to see the number of patients treated for a severe form of Covid-19 decrease.
“The decline continues”, appreciates Dr. Anne-Sophie Dupond, president of the establishment medical commission.

94 patients
As of Wednesday morning, 94 patients were taken care of by the HNFC, including 8 in intensive care. A clear and lasting decline, since the hospital has remained below the symbolic bar of 100 patients for several days.
Three units dedicated to Covid-19 are still open, but one of them is only partially functioning.
Good news which is accompanied by another, since since Tuesday, healthcare workers under 65 have access to the AstraZeneca vaccine.
