jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Samsung Electronics Indonesia announced a new leader in the company, namely Yoonsoo Kim.
Officially, Yoonsoo Kim will serve as President of Samsung Electronics Indonesia, he will also hold a similar position in Malaysia from 2018 to 2020.
Kim was also at Samsung Electronic Indonesia from 2009 to 2012 as head of the mobile division, leading the brand to become the most popular Android phone in Indonesia.
“I am happy to be back in Indonesia and back to collaborating with Samsung partners. I hope, with our partners, Samsung will become a beloved brand in Indonesia,” said Kim.
He started his professional career at the South Korean tech giant since 1998, starting with Europe’s Samsung.
In Indonesia, Kim will face the challenge of presenting the latest innovations, his leadership is marked by the presence of the Galaxy S21 in Indonesia.
“The Galaxy S21 series was introduced last week with the latest innovations that will make your everyday experience extraordinary,” Kim said.
