“After checking the submitted ballots, it was established that with the votes of two-thirds or 9 of the bishops, members of the Holy Synod, Metropolitan Grigoriy of Vratsa was elected with 11 votes within the first spherical, Metropolitan Daniil of Vidin with 9 votes after the thirty second spherical and Metropolitan Gavriil of Lovčana with 9 votes within the forty second spherical,” added the spokesman of the Holy Synod.
