The holidays are over for Messi

Paris

The holidays are over for Lionel Messi. Now preparing to compete again with Paris Saint-Germain.

Messi has returned to Paris Saint-Germain. He concluded the vacation after bringing Argentina become champion World Cup 2022.

Argentina became world champions after beating France 4-2 on penalties in the final. The duel must be completed by high-fiving after a 3-3 draw. Pulga also won the best player title in this event.

Messi takes a long vacation to celebrate winning the 2022 World Cup in his hometown. He missed PSG’s two games in Ligue 1 following the 2022 World Cup break.

Upon arrival at PSG headquarters, Messi received a warm welcome. PSG players and staff have presented the 35-year-old with a guard of honour.

Messi has admitted that he is happy with the extraordinary reception given by PSG players. He is now ready to compete again with Les Parisiens.

Messi’s goal right now is to restore his condition to be fully fit after the long vacation. After the holidays it’s time to go back to working hard for Messi.

“I want to thank everyone for the welcome I have received, from all employees, my teammates and staff. I am happy and will be ready for the challenges to come,” Messi said as quoted by PSG’s official website.

“I’ll prepare myself physically, I’ll train well to find my rhythm so that I’ll be ready when the staff decide to play me,” he explained.

Messi will most likely be rested in this weekend’s match when PSG take on Chateauroux in the Coupe de France. He appears to be able to play when PSG take on Angers on 12 January.
