42 years after the movie “History of the World: Part 1”, American director and actor Mel Brooks (96 years old) finally presents the second part of the work.
On Monday, the sequel to the famous movie, which dates back to 1981, and deals in a satirical manner with religious issues and important events in history, began showing on the American “Hulu” platform, in the form of a series.
Brooks put his voice on “History of the World – Part Two”, which will be shown in 8 episodes, and was produced by the American actor and filmmaker, while he co-wrote it alongside actors Nick Kroll, Ike Barinholtz and Wanda Sykes.
The movie “History of the World: Part 1” achieved international success, as it contained jokes that ridiculed historical figures from the Stone Age to the French Revolution.
The film ended by noting that the work would include a second part in which Hitler would appear skating on ice.
