Serghei Bulgac, general manager of the telecommunications operator Digi, reported a total remuneration, consisting of a fixed and a variable package, of 1.59 million euros in 2020, this being the highest remuneration for a person in the management of a company from Romania, according to the aggregate data on ZF from the 2020 report of Digi, published on Tuesday evening on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Thus, Serghei Bulgac reported a variable remuneration of 1.21 million euros, representing 76% of the total remuneration, the rest being fixed.
